Susan Livingston-Higdon has literally danced around the world. After studying ballet with Terrell Paulk in Albany, Georgia as a child, she went on to take tap and jazz in New york from John Mederios, Michael Dominico, Jack Stanley, Joan Yell and Jerry Ames, among others. Her studying and performing eventually led her to Holland America cruise Lines where she met her husband, Sam. Together they have performed on many cruises, including the Grand Voyage World Cruise aboard the S.S. Rotterdam. During her career she has enjoyed working with such stars as Phyllis Diller, Joel Grey, Marvin Hamlisch, Lisa Mordente and Tony Award winning choreographer Wayne Cilento. Susan has enjoyed teaching on national dance tours and has choreographed many regional musicals. She has also taught master classes and choreographed for studios in the north Florida, south Georgia, southeast Alabama area. She is currently on faculty at The Dance Studio in Tallahassee Florida.
